Coaching Agreement

 My Offer to You

  • An initial 60 minute exploratory session

  • Email communication to schedule and confirm appointment times

  • Show up on time and prepared for our coaching conversation, committed to my part in making our time matter

  • Two coaching conversations per month of 60 minutes in duration

  • What you share is confidential (unless ordered by a court of law), including that you are a client

  • To co-create with you actions and practices that you will engage between sessions in support of your goals and development

  • To invite intermittent conversations in which both of us take stock of what about coaching working for you and what needs to be changed in order to ensure success

What I Ask from You

  • Show up fully and authentically to each session, trusting that your whole self is invited, welcomed, and honored

  • Make a commitment for the time-period we agree to coach, and protect the coaching space from distraction or interruption

  • Bring the agenda of what you’d like to focus upon to each session

  • Communicate what works well for you and, if something is not working well, let me know that as well

  • Be open to using the resource of psychotherapy in tandem with coaching, should we lose our focus on your life in the present and going forward

How and When We Meet

If not in person, sessions are conducted via Zoom video conferencing (preferable) or phone. I will send an invitation in an email for Zoom “face-to-face” conversations and am happy to direct you to support for using this tool, if it is unfamiliar.

I prefer to set appointments at regular intervals when possible (though I can be flexible as needed) or a month at a time. If you will be late or need to adjust an appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. I charge for missed sessions, except in the case of an emergency or unusual circumstances.

I look forward to hearing from you!
